Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
Applies to directors, officers, and employees and sets expectations for lawful, ethical, and responsible conduct, including reporting mechanisms and non-retaliation principles.

Responsible Business (ESG)
Ituran’s approach to environmental, social, and governance practices is described in the Company’s annual report (see the section titled “Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Practices”).

Sarbanes-Oxley / Nasdaq and Home Country Practices
As a foreign private issuer, Ituran may follow certain Israeli “home country” corporate governance practices in lieu of certain Nasdaq requirements. The Company discloses in its annual report the Nasdaq requirements it does not follow and the Israeli practices it follows instead, while maintaining an audit committee that satisfies applicable Nasdaq audit committee standards.
