  • Sarbanes-Oxley / Nasdaq and Home Country Practices

    As a foreign private issuer, Ituran may follow certain Israeli “home country” corporate governance practices in lieu of certain Nasdaq requirements. The Company discloses in its annual report the Nasdaq requirements it does not follow and the Israeli practices it follows instead, while maintaining an audit committee that satisfies applicable Nasdaq audit committee standards.

  • Other Governance Policies and Documents

    The Company also maintains additional policies and governance documentation, including policies addressing securities trading compliance and executive compensation recovery, as disclosed in the Company’s public filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
