Celebrating 30 Years of Innovation: Ringing the Nasdaq Opening Bell and Powering the Future of Connected Mobility
As Co-CEO of Ituran Location and Control Ltd. (NASDAQ: ITRN), with responsibility for steering our global strategy and innovation roadmap, I’m thrilled to reflect on a truly special milestone. On November 25, 2025, together with my brothers Nir Sheratzky, Co-CEO, and Gil Sheratzky, Business Development Officer, we had the profound honor of ringing the Nasdaq Opening Bell in New York — celebrating Ituran’s 30th anniversary since our founding in 1995 and 20 years as a Nasdaq-listed public company since our 2005 IPO.
This wasn’t just a ceremonial moment. It was a powerful reminder of how far our “protect what moves you” mission has come — and how much further we are poised to go in the world of telematics and connected vehicle solutions.
Just weeks earlier, on October 28, 2025, we released striking new data on our stolen vehicle recovery (SVR) technology: Ituran’s solutions have now helped recover more than $3 billion in stolen vehicles worldwide, achieving an ~80% success rate — more than four times the global industry average of 10–20%. That milestone represents over 200,000 vehicles safely returned to their owners, backed by our vertically integrated teams, real-time tracking, and battle-tested recovery operations across high-theft markets. It’s tangible proof that our core telematics platform delivers unmatched security and peace of mind every single day.
This foundation of innovation and impact set the stage for what became a record-breaking 2025. We closed the year with 221,000 net subscriber additions — our strongest annual growth ever — bringing our total connected subscriber base to 2.63 million. We delivered record revenue of $359 million (up 7% year-over-year), record EBITDA, and continued strong cash generation, all while maintaining our commitment to returning capital to shareholders through substantial dividends.
These results reflect the accelerating momentum of our “land and expand” strategy with major OEMs, insurance partners, and fleet operators worldwide. From embedded connected vehicle solutions to advanced big data and AI-driven insights, we are transforming vehicles into intelligent, connected platforms that enhance safety, security, efficiency, and convenience. As I shared during the bell-ringing ceremony: “Ringing the opening bell at Nasdaq is a tremendous honor and a meaningful moment in Ituran’s story. When we founded Ituran, our vision was simple yet ambitious: to use innovation to protect vehicles and the people who rely on them. Thirty years later, that vision has propelled us into a global telematics leader. Looking ahead, we remain deeply focused on innovation. In recent years, we have invested heavily in big data and AI-driven solutions, positioning Ituran at the forefront of the mobility transformation.”
For our OEM partners, fleet customers, insurers, and the millions of drivers who trust Ituran every day, this milestone means we are not only celebrating the past — we are accelerating into an even brighter future of connected mobility. From powering next-generation factory-installed connectivity solutions for leading OEMs, to expanding our IturanMob smart-mobility platform into the large U.S. rental fleet market targeting over 17,000 small and mid-sized operators, launching our groundbreaking Credit Carbon initiative that lets EV and zero-emission drivers monetize their carbon savings, and unlocking new revenue streams through big data monetization and AI-powered insights — Ituran is uniquely positioned to deliver sustained innovation and scale alongside the industry’s most demanding partners.
To the entire Ituran team, our long-standing customers, and our shareholders — thank you for being part of this journey. This bell-ringing moment belongs to all of you.
