Our Accident Sensor, seamlessly integrated into Ituran’s Starlink Tracker, is designed to meet these challenges head-on. Here’s how:

• Auto-Alerts to Pre-defined Contacts: In the event of an accident, the system automatically alerts pre-defined contacts via SMS or email, including crucial driver details, ensuring swift response and assistance.
• Precision Data Collection: The sensor provides accurate information about accelerations and forces the vehicle experienced before and after the incident, capturing data at a frequency of 50 times per second.
• Accident Reconstruction: The safety sensor acts as a sophisticated data collector, recording the vehicle’s location, speed, and direction 50 seconds before the incident and 25 seconds following it.
• Blackbox mode device: for accident identification (+/-8G), recording of events every 10m/sec, storing of before & after event maneuver data (preconfigured, up to 75-seconds)
• Comprehensive Reports: The ARI module (the system’s “black box”) generates detailed accident reports, offering a complete analysis of the incident, aiding in determining accident severity as well as providing data that can help investigators discover what occurred.
• No Dependence on Airbag Activation: The Safety Sensor can detect accidents, even when the airbags are not activated.
• Fraud Detection: Accurate accident analysis supports fraud and false claims detection, safeguarding your business against insurance-related risks.
• Tilt/Move Alerts: Even while parked, the system provides tilt/move alerts, enabling the detection of theft or unauthorized towing events, enhancing the security of your assets.
